I have ordered a product from homeshop18.com on 5th june 2012. On the website the expected date of delivery of that product was given to be 6-7 days , the product being crusoe brief, but the product has not being delivered yet on 29th june. I have called them several times since 13th june they just tell me to wait for 48 hrs. all the time, but no step has been taken by them. The amount of the calls I have incurred in calling them has got more than the price of the product itself. Kindly register a complaint against them.
