COMPLAINT ABOUT MONEY PAID AS REGISTRATIO FEE FOR BUYING HOME

Hello Sir/ma’am,
I did paid an amount of Rs. 20,000 as registration /token amount for buying a flat in Bharat Towna real estste company in NAGPUR, but as per the promise i haven’t contacted with them for few months for paying required amount, but after that when I contacted with them they said that they sold the same flat/house to some other and you can’t take the same house and you have to purchase the other house for new. And we said we dont’ want same and please return us the same amount as we don’y want the flat but now he is making us to roam hear and there for the amount and in addition to this he has given us the cheque of 20,000 but whenever we go to take the amount he cancels the cheque . and neither he is picking up the call nor he is responding. so tell me what should I do now for it to receive the money. I hope you will understand my problem and will help me to solve the matter as soon as possible.
