I purchase a spice company mobile model no.5600, IMEI no. 411214550256155, battery no. XJ12D2H08324, Charger no. RJ12D1C39717E, Hands Free no. (Not required). This mobile is brought to this mobile shop-SMILE Talk(1/2391,Main Mandoli road,RamNagar Shahdara Delhi-110032). the piece is defective and under the Warrantee period. they don’t change the mobile when we go to change the set or for repairing. and we also have a doubt that the bill is duplicate and no tin no. required on it.the shopkeeper also tells that i don’t know and i don’t do anythinhg and also say very rudely that do the complaint.please check this bill by sales tax officers.please help us as soon as possible.
