Complaint about Fraudulent of Aegon Religare Life iNSURANCE

Name of company/service: aegon religare life insurance

Dear Sir,

I have taken a policy from Aegon Religare Life Insurance in July 2012 of Rs. 30,000 per annum.
My policy no.120613556620 & advisor code- 10032672. i received my policy document . but complaint is that
This policy I collect to telle calling agent to Ms. Sweta Sharma & Priyanka Kapoor Aegon Religare Life Insurance, Delhi.
They given me the information of this policy that after 90 days you will get the R. bonus which is of 30% of your Premium & also you will get a mediclaim of rs 7.5 lacks with a month.
they told me you will get a call from Agent which you have to tell all the information given is correct, otherwise R. bonus will credit t that Agent only.
This agent to give us totaly wrong information to me regarding this policy.and we are not satisfy this term and condition about this policy.
Whatever they promice & guarentee given to me on behalf this agent.. its totally wrong and incorrect.
The who sold this policy to me his not receiving my call from last 2 months.
I have tried lots of time to call but they didn’t respond. somtime they called no person is in the name of Sweta Shrma. they had provide me mobile no which is also false.
Because of this trust i have taken this policy for my family member & for my other colleague also.I really fed up with this and believe that they totally cheating to me & my family memebers.
Now i want to cancel all these polocy of Aegon and take the necessary action.

i have complained it to their grievance manager but didn’t get proper response. again i sent it my final reminder but reply with regret…

I m requesting to you Pleases kindly look into this matter urgently..i hope u will take a quick action..and give me favorable reply.

  2. I got call from same no. but now for hsbc insurance. Looks like they are big cheater and proper action must be taken on such consultancies.

    Yes, the Reliance, Aegon, Bharthi axa, all are bogus, and fraud insurance companies. They are tied with the Delhi agents, and blame on those agents and try to escape. I think they are also involved in making polices to reach their targets, making wrong commitments, luring people. There should be strict action taken immediately. I also got call from Delhi (Amit Chouhan-Agent) bugger, cheater. I have taken policy of 67000, and fall victim of them-Aegon. SO guys, becareful…..

    Dear Sir,

    My dad and my mom holds separate health insurance with your company for last 3 years .
    I want to complain against the delay of the cashless settlement ,resulting in not getting my dad admitted to the hospital which was supposed to be today.
    My dad holds a policy for last 3 years and this is the first time when he went to utilize his mediclaim but to disappointment the cashless benefit was’nt approved within the time frame and thus he couldn’t get his medical attention as advised by the cardiologist at BM birla.
    I want clarification regarding this and need your assurance about no future delay in approval when needed or else i am not going to continue with Aegon Religare and would take this matter to Ombudsman.

    As per hospital he was supposed to be admitted to the hospital by 4 pm on 15th September 2015 and the claim had been submitted on 12th September and additional documents asked by Paramount has been sent by the hospital in the morning at around 10 am on 15th September but still wasn’t approved till 5.19 pm (this is the time am writing mail to you ).
    If this is the case, patient would die due to unprofessional behavior by Aegon Reliagre and their negligence.

    I am really disappointed with your service and the speed with which your TPA paramount process application.
    PFA few evidences and the documents given to Paramount.
    Kindly clarify.

Religare, i never expected this kind of cheapness from you. if you still reject my claim with this stupid explanation, i will definitely fight for justice and that will harm your branding in a serious way. This is not about the money, this is about the commitment and service. when you take premium you tell that you are covered for so much in case for hospitalization.
    My wife was admitted to hospital bcoz the on duty doctor told to do so, its not to sleep in hospital bed, we have better sir conditioned rooms at our house. Now you executive is calling after 2 months of applying that we are rejecting because we felt there was no need to hospitalize. wow, you better look into this matter. we are not fools here.   6. Agent cheated with Aegon insurance policy
    This is “Immanuel” from chennai, June 2015 a guy called from Delhi and told that there is pending commission,bonus amount for METLIFE policy which i have surrendered early 2015. This guy told that he is calling from GBIC, and he is about to transfer the amount to agent(metlife). I told him there is such person as agent to me, so please stop the payment. then the call got transferred to senior manager Called “RITESH AGARWAL (51years) Agent Code: 10039238 , Contact: 08459470628” and he told me to take a note on what ever he says, and i have done the same. And this guy created entire drama, like sending a person Aegon religare to collect the documents and made the process.
    And during this conversation he told me not to reveal the process to any one, if so, someone can raise a complaint and stop the process. So i waited for the time, then after receiving the policy, i realized that policy was real and guy who guided me was fake one. During the welcome call for the Aegon policy i made a complaint against this. But Still no reply from Aegon people
