Complaint about delivery by shopping.indiatimes.com

I have bought a Micro Max Fun book from this website, and paid online through Net banking on Jul 6, 2012 10:56 PM Amount Rs 5899/- for the Funbook, and at that time it was showing expected/actual delivery date as 13/07/12 and after 13/07/12 it was changed to 16/07/12 but till date i have not received my order and as per status in their website its still pending for shipment, still i have received no response from their end, and when i talk to their sales support executive then she suggested me a new date which was 20/07/12, still their executive said that they dont commit this as actual date of delivery, after a lots of requests i i received no response please help me out of that and give me my order delivered soon as possible and i want compensation for this delay.
