Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I purchased a Karbonn smartphone (Model- Titanium S5 Ultra) on 6th November 2014. I submitted the smartphone to Karbonn service centre (Kavyanshi Communication), Rathayatra, Varanasi because from the last some days, the pictures taken from the rear camera (8 MP) of the phone are not found satisfactory and taken images are not clear. But after 12 days, they returned the smart phone to me without replacing/ repairing the bad camera of the said smartphone. On my inquiry, they told me that the rear camera (8 MP) of the smartphone does not falls under warranty of Karbonn company and they refused to take it back. But I think the Karbonn company never shows anywhere to the customer that the rear camera or its any part of the smartphone does not falls under warranty.

I have written several times e-mails to Karbonn at [email protected] and [email protected] but no response has yet been received from Karbonn company.
Under these circumstances, I would like to request you to please look into this case and issue your instructions to your aforesaid service centre to replace/repair my mobile under its warranty.
