Dear sir my family has been shifted from jaipur Rajasthan to Jaunpur (UP) on 20-june-2012 so i made request of relocation of dth to cca of digital tv on ref. no 19950860 but engineer did not visit t given tme.Then i made new request on 21-june-2012 on ref. no.19997692 but problem not solved.I agan made new request on same day on ref. no. 20018036 but no one came to my home to relocate my dish.I again made new request on 22-june-2012 on ref. no.20039353 but problem not solved a new complaint on ref. no.20044682 is also made the same day but no one came to my home .And i recieved a sms n my mobile that “Your complaint registered with airtel DTH has been resolved.While no engineer came to my house to relocate my dish.I am not able to see my tv program but my account balence deducting every day by the service provider . my customer id is 3004138009 and mo. no .is 9785936908
