I had taken a Airtel corporate connection( IB32CUG 248 ) . My Mobile number is 09871649595 along with this scheme I had taken a data pack of Rs 150/ pm . I was offered 1 Gb Combo in that . Last month I had to left for Agra (for 1 week) Before going for activation of this Data service plan I had inquired from your call center about this data plan n check the applicability for this service on my number as well whether this data plan would work/ applicable in Agra also .I was assured by the customer care care executive about applicability then only i had given a go ahead for data plan activation but now i received a Bill from Airtel which shows Rs 1644 as internet charge for the month of May and Rs 2151 for the month of June. There are lot of services which i had never activated but are being shown in the bill( 99 rs Mc pack value pack (messages) . I had already registered my number on DND but still i am receiving such non sense calls on daily basis .These charges are totally unfair as i had already taken a data plan and rest services I had never activated.
Several time I had complaint to your customer care center about this , every time i was being assured that they are looking into the matter and will revert to me but nothing has been done so far.So it is thereby requested to kindly resolve this issue at the earliest
