Name of company/service: axis bank
I , Kalyan Kamal Saha user of a axis bank Credit card & Saving account holder, had been fraud by them.
My Credit Card no was 4718630003245981. we had settlement of my payment dated 19-03-09. As per the settlement i paid the first two installment of
rs 10000.00 by cash ,dt 21.03.09 & rs 10000.00 by cheque, dt 30.04.09. but axis bank did not gave me any acknowledgement letter from their side which they promised. So i stopped my next installment of rs. 7000.00, dt 29.05.12. Then they contact me to inform my account status what they promised to give me 2 months ago. Then i paid the the last installment of rs. 7000.00. Then after 1 or 1.5 year i received call from your bank that some interest had been calculated for late payment of the last installment that is of Rs, 670.00. Then I paid that amount through a/c payee cheque on 14.01.11. When I asked for the final settlement Letter, they told that will come by courier from h.o. Unfortunately that did not happen. Lastly three months ago The amount of rs 27700.00( appox) had deducted from savings account.
Therefore i request you to lookafter the matter & take necessary action to revive my money.
