Dear Sir,
I had been using I dea mobile post paid connection. I have decided to disconnect the sim card and I submitted cancellation form along with my ID card copy and photo.I have paid all the balance till that date before cancelling the connection.
after that also idea continued billing and now they sent notice from court through a advocate. amount is only 602.94 .
Kindly revert back to me that what I can do on this at the earliest.
