Dear Sir,
i am using tata docomo prepaid sim from 8 months and become a valuable customer….but sir ever 3rd day my balance around 8,25 cut…withou any vas service…

yesterday evening around 8:15pm i talk to docomo number approx 14 min 9 sec and my balance of Rs 8.80 is cut…

inspite on my number there is tariff of Rs 123 local on net free….so the charge cut would be Rs 1.50 …when i talk to customercare today morning he says that i will not refund u balance..so I SAID TO TRANSFER A CALL TO SENIOR THEN HE SAYS I WILL NOT TRANSFER AND TALK IN A LOUD VOICE AND USING BAD WORDS…HIS NAME IS NAGPAL AND I TALK TODAY MORNING AT 10:10 AM……

PLZZ TAKE A SERIOUS ACTION REGARDING NAGPAL AND REFUND MY BALANCE OF 8 RS….
