complain against sansui customerservice.

This is bring you to noticed that i have purchased sansui 32′ Led dated on 16/10/2014 bearing Sr.No111113110209109427.which include 3 years warranty.After 4 months i have observe some scratched on the panel & i have register complain for the same.Company have attend the complain but they are not able to solve the same.Therefore i demand for new or refund my money ,but no is inserted in it.my detail as Ref.KOH140115OO13. Pls look into matter & guide me for further course of action.
