i had purchased a saree from satyam cost Rs 2570/- where he had given me guarantee of it but he has not issued a proper bill and at home i found the saree fully defective and of poor quality then i went to the shop and complained about it but he refused to do so by arguing with him and with his staff they took and told me that they will inform me.. after few days they informed me that saree has been repaired but then i went on 31st july and found that nothing was done.. they again argued specially his staff and refused to do and told me that they will show it to his shop owner Mr.Gautam Agarwal and i again told them to repair it..
therefore please look into this matter as soon as possible. today i.e 8th aug 2012 i took my saree from shopkeeper because i cannot tolerate their behaviour .Your action is required immediately.
