complain regarding defected hand set

Name of company/service: nokia

I bought ” Nokia Lumia 620 ” wrough Rs.- 14500/- on 28 march 2013. Its lock/unlock button is not working properly from the day of purchase. I have been saw this hand set to the shopkeeper as well but he told me that back cover is not fitted properly thats why that button was not working properly. then after some time i have been repaired this hand set from nokia care near m2k rohini, then they told me there is some software problem in this hand set os i didn’t repair it but when i again show this hand set to nokia care they told me your hand set was physicaly damaged it take Rs.- 750/- to repair it but the hand set was not physicaly damaged it has some manufactuning default , they give ne the defected hand set . so i want to get my hand set replaced or repaired by nokia . please contact me on this no.- 9015054522 my name is aakash goyal.
