i m shraddha jain living at surat. i purchase whirlpool washing machine near by last 2 years. but from last two or three month i faced many problems. i complain many time in the local customer care. one time they send their Representative to attend the problem and solve it but now from 1 week i regular complain to the customer care but they don’t give me any proper reply even the switch of their phones. so please take any strict action because when i purchase that machine they told me our service is satisfactory to all customer but in the real sense i have very bad experience of it,
