Name of company/service: Tata tele services
A pre-paid sim of Tata Do Co MO given by Tata representative to me at a cost of Rs.60 but the given sim being not activated since last two month after many reminder, their representative several time made promise/false statement that he is coming to my door to resolve the problem but the time never come. Ultimately, I have not find any solution and my work suffer continuously for two months and cost of sim gone in drain. However, I hope that with the help of consumer forum, I can overcome over difficulties and losses.
Tata tale services representative name is Vishal and his contact no. is (09419852192) and his duties in Indore and Bhopal(M.P).
