Complain for not running the tata sky filled 1 week ago, no responce downfall of tata started now

My tata sky is not running since 15 of May 15. Filled the complain having the no 53SGZ47.
called them 15 times but no one coming to resolve the issue.In todays time can you expect non running of tv from 1 week and thoes of so called reputed company Tata. Now Tata brand has started devaluing.
