We have a window AC of Hitachi. The AC was not working and we registered complain with them and the complain no is 1205901952. It has been more than 10 days that we are suffering and the AC has not been repaired yet. Mr Mannan (manager,customer service) at the national call center of hitachi ms tripti,ms shruti, mr faisal and mr amit , all these people with whom we spoke in. Hitachi, didn’t take any action on the issue and they simply said that they are not there to resolve issues.
Kindly take immediate action.
