My Consumer No. is 7711718 and I am a Resident of Guwahati.M/s Sandhan Gas Agency is the distributor of my connection.I had booked for a refill cylinder on 22nd May 2012 but still today i havn’t received my cylinder.Since then, i have approached them several times but no response has been received from the dealer till date.I am facing a huge problem as I am not been able to have my food properly due to lack of cylinder. I also want to inform that some people are selling cylinders in an unauthorized and illegal way and with an unusual rate that common people cannot effort.
In this regard, i request you to kindly take necessary action so that the problem is solved.
