I have purchased a dining table invoice no 101/05965 on 12th Aug 2012. It was committed at the time of purchase that the goods will be delivered to my house by 31st August 2012. I received partial goods (wooden Frame of table not been received) on 1st Sep. It was reflected to delivery man at the time and he said that “Assembly person will take it with him”.
Afterwards assembly team also didn’t supply it. I am following up with store since that time but have no satisfactory answer. All the time I am calling store there are misleading answers without any timeline.
Partial supply of goods and unsatisfactory answers after more than a month of paying full amount is frustrating for me also every time I am spending money going to shop or calling them.
