Complain for not receiving Registration Money in more than 68 Days

This is Amar nath Prasad. I had applied for the new broadband connection For R#43, Baphana hostel, navlakha square, Indore @ 26/7/12. and paid Rs. 250 for the new connection but still didn’t received any confirmation regarding broadband connection so plz take strong possible action regarding my problem.
