Complain for not delivering although payment debited from my account

I have given one order for a cake for my friends birthday online to which was supposed to be delivered by
11.09.2012. I have made the payment through my credit card. But i have
not received the cake after calling the customer care so many times
and sending mails also. I am not bothered about the money 845 i paid
but i am more concerned bcoz the cake which was more important
yesterday night not delivered. So i want compensation for the mental
agony, embarrassments from my friends and the pain to search for an
eggless cake in the night. Please help me in this regard so that it
will be a lesson for those people who are playing with the emotions
after taking the money.
