Complain for not able to provide the connection even after full payment 2 weeks ago

Dear Sir/Madam

I am extremely annoyed with your company’s (employees) non application of the idea of consumer welfare. I have applied for a broadband wireless connection on 6th August- receipt number: DTEL/ICS/Jalandhar- 3961 and paid Rs 4090, but yet to see any signals of it being placed at my place. The responses which I have been receiving seems to be very stupid in nature for example we are waiting for appliances to come from Delhi. And I have been constantly reminded of it whenever I call. Random dates are given for installation and later the same people back out.

In the beginning when I was buying connection I was told that within two-three days they will install the modem and wireless application. As mentioned about your failure to keep words, I have to work from cyber cafe and ended up in paying a lot for it even after my application of connection at home.

When I call your office in Jalandhar, the receptionist will connect the call with a lady who will say that she will call me back within ten minutes. And I am very much amazed with the fact that she doesn’t even call even after half or an hour. If I call back again nobody picks up.

Now I have been told that by today evening they will install the modem and wireless. If they don’t do that. I need refund within six days of complete amount given. Otherwise I will file a complain against your company in consumer grievance court with request of additional compensation being paid for cafe use.
