Complain for Non Activation of MTS mobile connection in 9 Days

Above MTS FM – STRIER handset with connection purchase from ABHINAV RETAIL Enterprise (Phone:- 9143103521) at South City Mall on 09-11-2012 with proper ID, Photo & duly filled up form and they told me that the connection will be activated within 48 hours, but it is a matter of regret that already 9 days was over, connection has not yet been activated & only one phone call I received from your customer care & told me that it will take another 48 hours. As per their version phone will be activated within 96 hours. As soon as 96 hours was over I contacted your MTS customer care service & they advised me to contact my retailer & over the phone I tried to contact retailer but nobody attending the phone call from me though clear ring tone was heard in their phone. Next day I phoned MTS customer care again & one lady has taken my address & alternate mobile number assuring me that connection will be activated within 24 hours. But it was a false assurance. Again I contacted MTS customer care & they told me to contact with the retailer. Then personally I went to the retailer on 17-11-2012 & they have also given a false assurance that the phone will be activated within 3 hours & 3 hours was over on 8:10 PM on 17-11-2012. I’m lodging a complain with you for harassing a senior citizen like me. I want illustrative punishment who deals with me & given false assurance repeatedly. I hope you will solve the matter immediately & activate my phone connection within one or two hours. Please reply me within stipulated time.

    Absolute liars, don’t go by their commitments. Once they sale their stuff (new MTS connection) they won’t recognise you, the number mentioned in their invoice (9143130397) will never be picked up by them or remains switched off. The number given in MTS site (9143130397) is not even a valid number. I bought a MBlaze Ultra Wi-Fi dongle and inspite of the physical verification was done within 24 hours, the connection was not active for few more days; as the other complaint, I have faced the same response from MTS helpline and the retailer, Abhinav Retail Enterprises could not be contacted at all!!!!! Beware of this cheat.
