COMPLAIN FOR DEDUCTING THE BALANCE FROM MOBILE NO. +919950993598 ACCOUNT WITHOUT DOING ANY CALL

Name of company/service: AIRTEL INDIA

I Lalit Keswani, the customer of Airtel India of my mobile no. +919950993598.
They charged wrongly and deducting full balance whatever recharge I did. When I called to the Customer Care at 121 and logged the complain, they were not given any satisfactory reason for deducting the balance and also not taken any action.

Help me out.
