I ,Amit Kumar Gupta, Orderd on 14.02.15 2 Pcs Of Power Bank Via my orderd no – AB1147893 through Askmebazar.com Online seller. But when I received by orderd item on 24/02/15 , the parcel contained only 1 pc of the above mentioned power bank. I paid rs. 1400/- in cash to the courier boy for 2pcs of power bank, but I received only 1pc . After that I complained against my order to askmebazar.com on number 044 44444444. They took my complain and gave me the complain no. QRC133358 and said my problem will be solved within 7 working days. On 26.02.15 I again complaint about my received product, which was not working properly and I told them that please take back your product and refund my money back. They took my complain and gave me complain no QRC140337. On 02/03/15 a company executive had a telephonic conversation with me , and asked me to provide my bank details. The person assured me that they will return my money back within 7 working days and a authorized person of their company will come and collet the diffective product. On 17/03/15 ,AGAINtheir authorized person Mr. Sougata Gupta , had a telephonic conversation with me and assured me that my problem will be solved at the earliest. He asked me to provide my bank A/c details to transfer the money of the avobe mention products. But I told him that I had already provide the same on 03/03/15. By mail. But till date neither they arranged to return my money back nor arranged to take back their diffective product. They haven’t provided me a proper invoice of the purchase. I asked them for my invoice of the above mentioned product. They told that they don’t provide invoice. As per rule every buyer has the right to take proper invoice for the product which he is buying. From last few days, they are not talking my phone calls. And misbehaving with me. I have been mentally harassed by askmebazar.com You please look in this matter and help me to get my money back.
I have already complaint in West Bengal consumer forum complaint no is 1026/2015 dt 22.04.2015.
W.B. consumer forum’s officer was call me & said that opposite party has refund my money to my bank account , but till now date i have not received any amount from askme bazar.com.
W.B. consumer forum’s officer was said that the oppasite party is from another state, so they are help less to me .
so i request to u that please help me for refunding now double money (rs 3000/- three thousand only ) for harassment from askmebazar.com.
I expect you will give me a better result as soon as possible .
