I recently bought a brand new Mahindra Xylo E8 ABS Airbag(9 seater)from Mohan Motors 55,Chowringhee Road Kolkata-700071. But it is discovered that the car is not new but re-painted i.e. second hand. The engine is also faulty and the Vehicle Identification Number is missing.There are many other faults in the car which are not supposed to be in a new car.
The date of the release of the car from Nashik Plant is not mention in the certificate provided for Mahindra & Mahindra Limited. The bill no for purchase is MM/B/45/12-13.
I want your forum to sent for an investigation on this matter as soon as possible and take firm steps against the dealer.
