Hi,
I ordered 2 pieces of Godrej GDC 110 S Single Door 99 Litres Refrigerator(GDC 110) worth rs.13768 (for both pieces) + 1
peice of Orient Ceiling Fan worth Rs. 1,513, from timtara.com with transaction i.d 10117574 on 02nd Jun 2012 09:47 pm.
Payment was made by credit card.
Though the fan was delivered timely, however they fail to deliver the bigger order i.e. 2 Refrigerators Till 5 July 2012
(i.e. more than 1 month of placing the order). I made several calls to their customer care for status, however there is no
concrete response. They make false promises and have tried to fool me with a courier tracking number of the fan that was
delivered long ago.
Product is not shipped even though their promise was 15-20 working days. When i complaint to their customer service they
opened a service ticket #39040 and #37898, which is not being actioned upon at all.
I am now being forced to ensure the worst possible publicity for timtara and spread bad words about this fraud ecommerce
portal towards all my family and social circle.
Kindly see what can be done in this transaction and do the needful
