complain against the fake discount sale of mochi shoes

This is with reference to my Shoe purchased from one of your outlet at Crawford market on 12.07.2013
There was an advt. In the news paper and i had also received an sms saying DISCOUNTS of flat 50% across all the stores on selected items and I decided to take a look at the shoes and buy one if I liked.
I bought one shoe at Rs. 1345/= which was sold to me as discounted price.
The shoe had 2 tags showing as before Rs 2690/-and now Rs 1345/-.i was told by the salesman in the shop that the shoe was in the sale category of flat 50% discount.
Later I went home after purchasing the shoe and checked the BOX it mentioned the MRP price of the Shoe as Rs. 1345/=
The bar code label printed on the box was as follows 81002889114301345 where 2889 stands for the item code, 43 stands for the size of the shoe and 1345 the MRP of the shoe.
The next day i called the customer care and had a talk with mr rajesh p. On the above matter and he acknowledged the same but he suggested to talk to the store manager from where i had purchased the shoe & gave me the store telephone no.
When i contacted the store manager and explained the matter to him he replied that the actual price of the shoe was Rs 2690/- only and new boxes had come from the godown with sale price printed on it.But actually the box is old one only and not new.
Please note the prices on the Barcode are always MRP of actual sales price and not discounted prices.
I felt cheated as actually the discount was not given at all. The Price of the shoe was inflated to double and a discount tag of 50% was shown to fool the public.
Please clarify on the above matter as I am very upset and feeling CHEATED on this purchase.
I have lost trust in dealing with a reputed company like yours.
Hope you will take some remedial action and do the needful to sort out the matter.
Please find in the attachments of photographs of the label on the box and the bill of purchase.
Nowhere in any stores will one find the discounted price as MRP printed on the product in the sale offer.
Kindly go through the matter and refund me the 50% money that has been wrongly charged by u
Please reply me at the earliest or else i will proceed with the matter to the next level.
