Complain Against Tab

I had done so many calls to Mr. Dinesh Mehan ([email protected])sent a lot of mails to ([email protected])him but I didn’t get any reply
Dear Team,

I can’t wait for so long as 21 days has been already spent.Pls tell me when any of my friend ask about HCL Tab what should I reply. Your customer care is unable to reply.Have I done a sin to buy HCL Tab? Because I havn’ get any reply from any side.
Request you to replace my tab otherwise I have to take proper action.

Dear Sir,
I had purchased this tab wia serial no. 612STN026456 on 27-06-2012. On 3rd of march when I tried to switch on but I was unable. Then I submitted in noida on 7th July.Now till then I am continuing discussion with you and mails to [email protected] but till now I am not having any confirmation wen I get back my Tab. Nobody liks to give respons to my mails.
Requesting you to make my mission impossible into mission possible.
