I hereby inform you that I have bought a new LED television on 17/ 7/ 2013 and within 1 month 10 days it went wrong. I registered a complain on 27/8/2013 but from the company’s part they are not cooperating with me. First they detected a panel problem & after repeated calling in customer care they sent a technician at the end of 18 days. But after replacing the panel also my television is not working & now they are saying some PCB problem. The complete set is defetive & the customer care executives are just delaying to repair. They have detected the pcb problem 4 days before and has taken out that to the service centre for repair but now they are delaying in the issue that spare part not available though from customer care they said on 18/9/2013 that the pcb is repaired & will be fitted by 19/9/2013. The ccare executives are just lying and not cooperating. my complain no is 8456843346. The complete set is defective and went wrong within 1 month 10 days. So I want complete replacement or my money back. Sir this is my humble request to look into the matter at the earliest. Thank you..
