COMPLAIN AGAINST MYNTRA.COM

Sir My name is Aniket and I am from Nal Bari,Bikaner I had placed an order of Fila shoe on myntra.com on 19 sep 13. My order number is 7913283, on 25 sep 13 I receive a call from courier company that you have to come to my office for collection of your shoe. I said that I had not received such kind of massage from myntra that I have to collect shoe myself. On same day I called to myntra care told everything and they said we will instruct them. Again on 27 sep 13 I call to myntra care for disposal of my order and they said we have an observation that your area and pin code does not match. I asked them then what to do, They told don’t worry we will see. After that on 30 sep 13 I checked the pin code of NAL BARI(BIKANER) and I found that pin code is correct I call them again and said about this then they were saying the we deliver our courier with refrence of indiapost.com check your pin code on this, when I checked the pin it was correct I said them india post is also showing pin code of NAL BARI is 334001 but they didn’t agree deny to deliver the shoe. So plz do needful.
