Complain against Jet Lite

Dear Sir/ma’am

I want to lodge a complaint about Jet lite air service. I had a air ticket of Jetlite from Delhi to Kolkata and then Kolkata to Silchar on 22nd June at 8:45 PM. The flight was from terminal 3 IGI Airport. I took the boarding pass at 8:00 PM and reached to gate no 47 at 8:30pm to board the flight. But I was surprised and shocked by the behavoiur of the gate man. He told me that i was late and he can not open the gate to get into the flight. It was a moment of utter helplessness for a girl who was alone there. I was shattered but requested him to open the gate and even shouted at him , how can he do like this. I was there for 20 minutes and the flight was standing there and finally it flew away. I can not describe you my feelings, totally confused, scared what to do. Really shocked by the service of the Jet Lite. I think it is their duty also to take of the passenger not to harass.
I was heading for Silchar to my parents. And then I got the ticket for next day without any adjustment. I was mentally and financially shattered. And I would like to request you to take proper action against such service and want my compensation . What ever evidence you need i will provide you with that but want proper justice. How can they behave such rudely with a single girl. Shame on such service industry.
