Complain against harassment to public by the BOI

Location/place: E-52, P.C.Colony, south of old water tower , Kankarbagh colony, Patna-800020

Name of company/service: Bank of India, Kankarbagh Branch, Road NO.-1, Patna-800020

Bank of India , Kankarbagh Branch,Patna-800020 is being harass the public. generally Branch Manager absent from bank.Earlier complain was made but no action has been taken . Again I went to the above bank on 11.8.2012 the people including me standing on line for deposit the amount after 1/2 hour reach at counter he says that you go to another counter for deposit , another counter about 25 person are standing then I went to Branch Manager Chamber for complain then informed that he was absent from the Branch then complain was made to incharge officer of the Branch then he inform me that here is no single window system you again go and stand in line I will not help you. then complain was made to Chief Manager on phone no.0612-2506693 then he after discuss with the branch say that what he say you do I cant help then requested the incharge branch manager kindly provide me complain register but he say here is no complain register then written complain has been draped in the Box available in the Branch and without deposit the amount return from the branch.
