I have bought one Lakh transactional bulk SMS with unlimited validity on 24/Jul/2018, with API and Sub domain configuration (White Label Bulk SMS Reseller Account) and I make payment online in the above account (UPI Reference ID 820511625457). They created my reseller account and credited one Lakh SMS with only one year validity and not give the service of API and sub domain, without API services, sending transactional SMS is not possible. I tried many time to contact but they stop answering my phone calls, mails, whatsapp. Please help me.

    Same fraud done with me by this company yesterday

    i paid 12000 for 2 lac sms yesterday , but today no one is picking my phone and not giving any support about bulksms sending.
    Even i am not getting api code to send messages.

    its totally fraud company

    I purchased BULK SMS from https://triggersms.com via Online Transaction of INR5000/- for 1lakh sms. Account was activated for me but I am unable to use it in my SOFTWARE. They assured they will fix but they are not responding to calls nor message. It feels like I have been cheated by the company. Company Mobile No. is 9667365321 No INVOICE is provided to me even after 3days. Nobody is receiving call. I asked them to give full REFUND if they cannot give service. but they ignored calls and message. Please survey and help me to provide service from TRIGGERSMS.COM or to get full REFUND. THANK YOU SO MUCH SIR / MADAM
