I have ordered (Order ID: OD31210013580, cost Rs. 619/-)”Nokia Battery BL-4J” battery from flipkart on 10th Dec 2013 and got the delivery on 19th Dec 2013 and when I was order the product there was clearly written that I will get 10 days replacement guarantee. But when I got the product on 19th Dec it was completely damaged battery and that point of time I asked for replacement or refund. But Flipkart neither giving me the replacement nor they are refunding the amount. And I need an urgent help in that regards.
