COMPLAIN AGAINST E-ZONE (E-MALL)

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that I bought the washing machine , model : 650HP WHITE ,
they have sold me the display item and when I opened the washing
machine is scratch able, and also they delivered to without any proper
carton pack or sealed pack , I have to complain against e-zone
(Kolkata) chittaranjan Avenue, E-mall , I have request to you ,
please replace my product as soon as possible,

    I BOUGHT A SONY XPERIA M2 MOBILE WHITE COLORED PHONE (MODEL-M-D2302) FROM SONY CENTRE LOCATED AT E-MALL,KOLKATA ON 6/11/14 AT RS.17000/-. THEY SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE HANDSET.FROM DAY ONE IT WAS PROBLEMATIC.IT HAS HARDWARE PROBLEM. I AM REQUESTING FOR REPLACE BUT THEY TOOK THE PHONE FOR REPAIRING ON 29/11/2014.
    16 DAYS GONE THEY DID NOT BACK MY PHONE EVEN THEY NOT ABLE TO SAY WHEN I GET MY PHONE.SEVERAL TIME I MAILED THEM,BUT THEY NOT ABLE TO SAY HOW MUCH TIME IT WILL TAKE.
    I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE PHONE AND THEIR SERVICE. PLEASE REPLACE MY DEFECTIVE HANDSET.
