Complain against Airtel DTH Service Provider for not resolving problem even after several complaints

I purchased Airtel DTH Set Top Box from Airtel online on 8th November 2012, by paying Rs 1690. My customer id is 3011321595. For installaion, the technician came with Airtel Antenna but did not install it. Instead he fixed up the set top box with one of the old Dish TV Antenna. We asked why he did not install Airtel Antenna, but he said that it is not needed. We found that we are not able to view around 20 channels which are listed in our package. I called up the technician but he didn’t turn up. I raised the complain with Airtel Customer Care on 12th Nov, 14th Nov, 16th nov, 19th Nov, 22nd Nov. Every time I was told that the problem would be resolved within 24 hours and a technician would visit to check it. However it has been 15 days now and no resolution has been provided yet. Also the customer care false promised several times on the status due to which I wasted several days sitting at home and waiting for technician.
This has lead to severe mental harrassment and still the problem has not been resolved. I would request you to take necessary action against them.
