I availed there service to shift my household articles from Hyderabad to Bangalore in the 1st week of May 2012. When the luggage was unpacked, we found many electronic items damaged. The wires were chewed off by rats and many clothes were also destroyed. On top of that many articles were covered with filth. I had opted for 2.5 lakh insurance and wanted to claim the damage done. However, after repeated mails and phone calls, i have not seen any action. Its been more than 1 month and i am still waiting for an update from them.
