Compensation for mental herassment

I have taken a personal loan from axis bank for 2.5 lac, and the loan a/c number is PPR000900474142 and i haven’t recived any loan paper from Axis bank. According to the excutive the 1st installment shuld have been started on month of may, and i have also given the request for autodebit of the amount, the installment started in month of may but there was two transcation, 1st transctation came to by a/c on 7th of may and amount got cleared through auto-debit but again on 8th may a cheque was produced to my citibank saving a/c for the same amount and it got bounced and i faced the bounce chanrges of Rs 300/- and when i called up to the bank manager to enquire, he said to call coustmer care and talk to them as they can only do it and he hunged up the phone and when i called up coustmer care it took me 45 mins to get a representative, he said i have to mail to the concer team as he can’t do anything on this issue and given me a mail id. I mailed them my issue and i recived mail request number – 96132, and then after two days i got a mail that please send you PL number and once i send it again after two days i received a mail sayg that send a scan copy of your saving bank so that we can check about the issue, i did that and then after 5 days i got a mail that it will take time to resolve the issue as its not a axis bank a/c. I called up the coustmer care they said it will take time and the time which is given is 20th june, which was eactly 25 days from the day i called, and on june 20th i recived the mail saying that there has no trancsaction happened like that and we can’t refund anything. I called up coustmer care and they said we can’t do anything as its not a bank fault, i asked that axis produced the check 2nd time it got bounced which is not my fault, it is bank’s fault and he said that it’s not they will not refund. I require help to get the compensation for the mental herassment which i gone through for alomst 2 months to get a refund of money which is mine.
