Hi (To Whomsoever It May Concern),

This is the third time I’ve given my cell to get repaired. It’s very annoying. The first time I’d given for repairing, I understand they kept it under observation n gave it back after repairing.Second time i gave I’d mentioned it very clearly that it was giving the same problem n there was a spot on the screen, i requested guys to get it replaced but again they gave it back in 10 days after repairing or I don’t know what because when I’ d received this time, in 2 days only it started giving same problem with the new speaker problem again which went worse with the time. Today I’ve given it for the 3rd n last time cause this time i want the complete solution for this. It’s been 8 months to buy this cell which is not even cheap n i cant keep going to them every month n keep my cell the for 10-10 days. I’m losing my business here because of this. I’ve purchased BB cause i have use of it otherwise i would have gone for Nokia or Samsung. Who’s gonna pay for my BB services during the cell is with you and the most irritating part I don’t have any contacts without BB n I loose my BBM contacts every time it gets disconnected. I want it to get replaced or money back. I don’t want the same set cause its pain in the ass now. Hope you understand my problem and give me the satisfactory solution.
