Colorful Vacation – Plz do not book any package from here..Does Frauding with costumer.
I booked a Dubai Package dated 26 Nov’14 for a couple. I paid entire amount . But the Service which I got in return was HORRIBLE.
1) Instead of paying all amount I had to chase the Travel Executive for the issuance and handover of my Air Ticket, Hotel Voucher, Visa .
2) I made initial payment on 16 October, but took follow up atleast 40-50 times to ensure if my booking is done or not, got the Voucher after 1 months long time.
3) INSTEAD OF PROVIDING PASSPORT COPY VIA EMAIL, MY WIFE TICKET WAS ISSUED WITH WRONG SURNAME, and they did not bothered to validate it even after providing all documents after 1 month. I had to pay 196540.00 to get the ticket issued again.
4)Dubai VISA had Incorrect Details. Name,Father name was differenet from Passport . They edited me the e-Visa but did not informed the Embassey. AS a RESULT of WHICH ME and MY WIFE was DETAINED AT DUBAI AIRPORT FOR CARRYING DOCUMENTS WITH WRONG INFORMATION .
ME and MY Wife Struggled hard to get over after 2 hours of efforts ,ranging phone here and there.
They cancelled the return ticket and money got credited to their account but they are Refusing to pay the money. Also they are deniying payment of 19654 which was beared by me. I visited their Office twice and called them atleast 10-12 times , to know about the refund status , but they refused to attend my call and gave false commitment everytime.
So would request everyone to be careful of such False Travel Agency.
