Company not Return my product.

Location/place: Surat

Name of company/service: LG Electronics India Pvt Ltd

I have submitted my LG microwave to LG authorized service center in SURAT for repair before 1 month ago. Still they are not response on it and also not give me any proper answer and when I called them ”They talk with me abused word”. My job Sheet number is : RNA130611091744.

Please let me know what I have to do.
