company not responce against my insurance claim

Name of company/service: The New India assurance co. ltd. /mobile insurance company

my name is deepak verma.my no.9999033533 my i live in delhi.i purchased a mobile for my sister nokia lumia 620,from nokia priority on 16 april/2013.with insurance. insurance company name is “the new assurance co.ltd”and policy no.is 11170046121100003262. my mobile was damaged accidently on 29/may/2013. i registerd a complant to insurance company.they take my mobile on 4/may/2013. now its aprox one month. i dont have any right information about my mobile.even they dont pick my phone.
