COMPANY IS NOT PROVIDING FULL SATISFACTION

I BOUGHT A PHONE NAMED YU YUNIQUE ON 28 OCT 2015 AND ON 19 NOV THE PHONE`S SCREEN GOT START CAUSING PROBLEM .THERE ARE LININGS ON THE SCREEN OF THE PHONE ,BECAUSE OF THAT I AM NOT ABLE TO USE IT.SO I CALLED COT CARE ,THEY SAID THAT THE PHONE WILL BE REPLACED IN 15 DAYS ,SO I WATED FOR 15 DAYS AND THEN I CALLED AGAIN THEN THEY ASK ME TO WAIT FOR MORE 15 DAYS ,THIS GOES FOR THREE MONTHS AND AFTER THAT THEY BLOCKED MY NO. THEN I EMAIL HIM MY PROBLEM ,ONCE MORE THEY ASK ME TO WAIT .FROM 19 NOV 2015 TO 24 FEB 2016 I AM WAITING .MY PHONE NO -7039883216 / 9892907958
