Company not claiming me insurance claim

Name of company/service: The New Assurance Company Pvt.Ltd.

I have a cash credit account insurance in Parvatiya Gramin Bank Bharmour,District Chamba,H.P.
On 12/6/2012 got robbing on my shop.
So I call my Bank to claim my insurance.But after 6 month later The New Assurance company & bank not providing me insurance claim.
