Name of company/service: tikona digital networks
I am using Tikona Brodband network for past two years. On 16th July my digital device was stolen by tikona service guy who had come for another customer in my society. I launched official complaint about this to tikona customer care but there is no response yet. I Have sent mail to Nodal officer & service haed but there is no change.
I want tikona should clarify this issue & compensate for the loss occurred to me
