Company is not providing right pair of product which they guaranteed. I called customer service guy but the way they are talking and forcing to pay money for the wrong pair of shoes provided by the company. Have a word with Manager – Vikram Sawant and he is not providing his emp id. He was arrogant and rude , no resolution being given when called the company and they were forcing me to pay for the wrong pair of shoes , what happened is that we had checked the shoe which was wrong and did not receive the shoe and send the wrong pair back .my name is Ravi Kumar mobile number 9711531417 and 9650637003.
