Company ignoring my complaint

Sir ye baat september ki hai.maine 29.01.2015 ko yu company se yureka device liya amazon.in ke zariye.Sep se mere device me charging ka issue aane laga to maine custi=omer care ko call kiya to pehle unhone mujhe device format karne ko kaha,maine kiya par problem theek nahi hua,phir maine call kiya to unhone flashing ke liye kaha maine unse kaha ke jab device charge he nahi ho raha hai to flashing kaise karoon tab unhone kaha ke magic charger se charge karke mobile service center le jaaiye,main service center gaya to unhone flashing kiya nahin aur mujhse kaha ke device delhi jaayega,to us din 16.10.2015 ko device maine service center ko de diya.04.11.2015 ko delhi se device mere ghar par deliver hua maine device check kiya to problem khatm nahi hua,in sab me mera 1 month loss hua.Phir se maine yu ke care me call kiya,date 04,.11.2015 to unhone mujhe kaha ke aapka complain forward kiya ja raha hai,4 din ke andar aapko technical team ke taraf se call aa jaayega device replacement ke liya.4 din ke baad call bhi nahi aaya phir maine care me call kiya to unhone kaha ke technical issue ke chalte aapko call nahi aapaa raha hai aap thoda aur wait kijiye.Aisa karte karte 24 november tak mujhe call nahi aaya aur is beech maine 60-70 baar company me call kiya baar baar yahi jawaab mila ke thoda wait kijiya,aapki complaint forward ki jaa rahi hai.Pareshaan hoke maine 25 nov ko call kiya to call direct technical team ke paas gayi unhone device replacement confirm kiya aur mujhe kaha ke 2 din wait kijiye aapka waybill no. generate kiya jaayega aur device device aapko ghar me deliver ke jaayegi.Sir 2 din baad maine phir call kiya to customer agent ne kaha ke aap aur 2 din wait kijiye.Phir waise karte karte aaj 4 dec ho gaya aur complaint forward kiye 10 din ho gaya.jab call karta hoon to wo kehte hain jab itne din wait kiye to aur wait kijiye aur har baar sabhi ye bolte hain ke jald aapka device replace kar diya jaayega.
Sir main aaplog ke help chahta hoon ke Yu par strict kaaryawaahi ki jaaye.inki policy hai ke 15 din ke andar device replace ho jaayega par 2 month se ye mere saath aisa he kar rahe hain aur baar baar koi na koi bahana banate hain
