Name of company/service: TLC saburi services ltd.

Hi Sir/Madam,
My name is vikramjit singh and I joined the company named TLC saburi services ltd(earlier know as PCVisor) a BPO company in Gurgaon Infinity Towers.
I joined company on 20th december 2012 and then company terminated prior to any notice and asked me to resign forcefully. The company HR told me to collect the full and final after 45 days. I contacted after 45 days i.e on 7th May 2013, then HR replied that the FnF cheque is under processing and I was told to contact after few dayz. Then again I called to HR(Supriya), she stopped picking my number, then I contacted other HR(Rohit) and told him everything,he also did same as the previous HR.
Now twist is this the other 2 colleagues terminated with me got their FnF after 50 days. Today on 30th july I contacted other HR Priya and asked her why my colleagues received their FnF and no me. She answered saying that the policies are changed.This whole thing is true

    Hello My name is archana,Saburi TLC is such a fraud company they do not have any policy and dignity they hire employees then within training period forcefully ask to resign when ask for reason of resignation they told that this is a decision of senior authorities can not do any thing and told you resing else we will terminate you and put you on black list you will not be able to give interview in any company i wonder how a company can do this if they can not decide how to select candidates then first they should learn….a candidate joins the company with hope and enthusiasm after selection and providing offer letter while training i have not heard any company doing this ….Saburi TLC is very cheap and fraud company so i would suggest every one not to go for interview that will be just waist of time this happens with my brother and along with him 13 candidates was there who all was asked to resign forcefully just because they have to reduce number of employees….very funny but this is a matter of justification i will not leave them by only commenting….beware of fraud companies like TLC
